The Hack is Mike Mitchelson, a decent fella who was entrusted in early 2009 The Bloated Belly by its founder, Lewis. Mitchelson is the managing editor of two Minneapolis-based B-to-B rags: Foodservice News, which hits the mailboxes of restaurateurs, chefs and other industry notables; and Harvest Foodservice Journal, which focuses on sustainability issues in the foodservice industry. He also writes on other topics because he gets bored being confined to just a couple and he is an opinionated sort.
