The Hack is Mike Mitchelson, a decent fella who was entrusted in early 2009 The Bloated Belly by its founder, Lewis. Mitchelson is the editor of a Minneapolis-based B-to-B rag called Foodservice News, which hits the mailboxes of restaurateurs, chefs and other industry notables. He also writes on other topics because he gets bored being confined to just one and he is an opinionated sort.
